Cookies

Public pages do not set a tracking cookie. The admin cookie only recognizes the signed-in host. It is not used for advertising. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is turned on, it is cookieless.

Information collected

Name, email, phone, dates, guest count, message, and payment status. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer: this site does not ask for a card number. Public pages set no tracking cookies. The admin cookie is only for the host.

Purposes

To reply, keep the reservation, issue the invoice, collect the deposit and balance, and meet tax duties (lodging tax, GST, QST).

Outside Quebec

Hosting (Cloudflare) and email (Resend, if configured) may process information outside Quebec. An Interac e-Transfer is handled by your bank. A privacy impact assessment still has to be completed by the business before launch.

Retention

Tax records are kept for as long as tax rules require, then deleted. Contact requests are kept long enough to answer them.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent, by writing to archedethyra@gmail.com. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
