Rental agreement

The guest confirms the rental of L'Arche de Thyra (CITQ 511335, operated by Thyra's Ark ULC) for the dates and party size shown, at the quoted price, taxes included as itemized. House rules and the cancellation policy apply. The exact address is sent after payment is confirmed, not before. This agreement is a template and should be reviewed before use.

House rules

Check-in from 4 p.m., check-out at 11 a.m. The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Children are welcome; adults supervise the spa and the lakeshore. There is no private dock. Park in the spaces indicated on arrival. The number of people on site cannot exceed the reservation. Please keep the neighbourhood quiet after 11 p.m. The house is rented as a whole, to one group.

Cancellation

Prepaid amounts are non-refundable. The security deposit, if collected, is refunded within 7 days after departure if there is no damage. For a special situation, write to the host before booking. This text is a template and should be reviewed.

Payment

Payment by Interac e-Transfer. A 50% deposit when booking, to send within 48 hours. Balance 30 days before arrival. If arrival is inside that window, the full amount is due now. No fee is added to the transfer.
